About her
I'm an active, outgoing person, and I always try to have a positive attitude to life.I'm retired, but enjoy learning new skills, I love being creative, painting, quilting, cooking. I also love music and dancing, swimming and walking, especially in the Yorkshire Dales. I'm an avid reader and participate enthusiastically at my book group.
I love animals and have a dog, so walking is a major part of my day. I find history fascinating and enjoy visiting historical sites, buildings and stately homes. I've travelled widely throughout my life, and I still enjoy visiting new places.
It's very important for me to live a healthy lifestyle and remain as fit as I can for as long as I can, I'm definitely not a couch potato! I would add that I'm not obsessive either, I do enjoy relaxing evenings watching good TV, films, eating lovely food. I regularly go to the theatre, opera and ballet, I also enjoy musicals and live music.
