About her
This is tricky isnt it? I am not too sure what I am looking for in a relationship but I think I will know if there is a spark when we meet , and if its worth finding out more about each other.
I am quite independent and am happy doing my own thing but I'm a sociable being so I enjoy company too. I am lucky to have good friends and a lovely family, although my daughter and grandchildren live in Spain so I don't often see them .
I spent my career in teaching and wouldn' t have done anything else , although I am so glad I'm retired in these difficult times.
My interests are varied but I do love being outdoors , whether swimming in the sea, walking on the coast or beach or busy in the garden. Its all good. Summer is good, warmth, light and colour, that I miss in the winter.
I have recently started painting again, no masterpieces but I just enjoy it. During lockdown I even tried my hand at writing poetry. I used to play tennis and surf but now I get my excercise from my love of music and dance in a dance class, I used to dance years ago.
I would like to share my love of life with a special someone. Sharing interests would be great but the important thing for me is getting to know that person, sharing time together and who knows!!

I wish I had a clearer image of that special person ,maybe thats not a bad thing as sometimes that special person is not what you thought you were looking for. I would like to think there would be a connection, possibly through shared interests or maybe just a spark that might trigger an interest and want to know more.
Honesty and trust is so important but someone who if friendly, sociable and caring is equally important. I am still young at heart with a positive outlook and would wish that in a partner so we could make the most of life. If you could dance or would like to that would be a bonus but not essential!!
If you love the beach and the coast, that would be great too. Maybe you might even swim in the sea. . . . not a requirement!!!?!
