I was born in London & lived in Feltham, West London till 1988, when I moved to Coalville Leicestershire, where I have been since.
Love animals - Dogs and Giant Panda's in particular, I have adopted a Chihuahua dog in 2021, to keep me company, & help reduce my stress levels. They say all the best things come in the smallest packages - just like me then? Smallest dogs have the biggest attitude, she's not handbag sized.
I love Sewing & embroidery I have 7 machines. I always have fabric around, I am making my small 2nd bedroom into my sewing room, But it is not making any progress due to me having an accident in May 2020, & been banned from lifting heavy items. I also love working with resin, once created, it can never be changed.
If you don't love arts/crafts/dogs you will not love me. These to me are not negotiable.
I like to relax watching some TV. I love 70's music, in particular MUD, Showaddywaddy, Sweet, T.Rex, Slade, Suzi Quatro, lots of 70's Bands and singers. I had started going to Showaddywaddy gigs, not been for a few years. I would love to go to another but with a companion/friend.
I really do enjoy a good laugh, I would rather laugh than cry. So make me laugh - can you make me laugh till I cry?
I have got to this age of 67, & rarely (just once actually, it was very special, private to me and that person) have I been treated to a surprise or anything remotely romantic.
I have decided to colour my hair back to the blonde that I used to be.
Physically, I have put on a few pounds over lockdown - like 95% of the rest of the world I would think, but I am trying to rid myself of it, as it does not help my lower back pain, & the injury I sustained in 2020. It won't cure, but I am trying to make the pain less. At present it prevents me from walking very far, but I dream of the time when I can go a bit further.
I am the very best version of me that I can be today, but will always try to be better, even if I fail. I expect understanding and compassion in this, as I am unable to control the problem.

Thoughtful, kind, caring, funny, appreciative, helpful, romantic - even if it does make me blush! You will probably be good at DIY and gardening as those are my weak points at present. But I do love to see a nice garden, and we can't all be good at the same things.

I just love getting dressed up, it's not a crime, and I think now anything goes after the past years we have suffered, clothes are just one part of what makes us all unique.
I am not looking to steal money from anyone, but treats don't always have to cost a lot financially. I always try to live within my means. I will always say if I don't have the funds for something, so as to avoid embarrassment when out.
I have certain food allergies including Chilli Peppers and milk products, so although I love Indian food, I have to avoid the massively spicy ones. I don't do Vegetarian/Vegan.
I don't own my own home, but I live in a Bungalow which is Social Housing owned. One of my neighbours saved my life in 2020, it's a wonderful feeling to know that there are people around you that do care about more than just themselves.
You will need to love animals, and also protect me from things that have more than 4 legs. If my dog is not welcome, then that means I'm not welcome either. She senses when I am getting migraines and panic attacks, she loves a tennis ball with chin and tummy rubs. She is very easily pleased.
