About him
My wife died suddenly last year after 49 years of marriage. I worked for the Civil Service, retiring as a manager after 34 years. I started my career in Nottingham and moved to Kent on promotion. I have 2 children who live with partners. I enjoy sailing and looking to buy another boat. I particularly like traveling in comfort, particularly cruising and I would like to complete the final part of my circumnavigation from Sydney to Singapore. I also own a house in Tenerife. I had polio at the age of 18 months and as a result had my left amputated below the knee when I was 12 years old. My disability has never stopped me doing what I wanted to do. I enjoy pottering about and a quiet life. I am not into retail therapy! I am quite tech savy. I am a fan of Andre Rieu and have been to his last 2 Maastricht concerts. I have tickets for the next Maastricht concert covering both the concert and 3 nights accommodation with a view of the Virhof!
