I am sociable and enjoy having fun in good company. I like eating out, or cooking, and enjoy a glass of wine. In pre pandemic days I enjoyed travelling both home and abroad plus going to the cinema and theatre. I like (tame!) walking, reading, some tv. I enjoy comedy and natural history programmes, as well as traditional dramas/detective stories.
I’m an optimist, I like getting to know people and what makes them tick. I have a good sense of humour.
Although I’m not educated in history, I enjoy visiting historic cities, churches, museums and galleries. I wouldn’t see laying on a baking beach as my kind of holiday!
I was widowed just over 4 years ago and, although I enjoy my own company and can be content on my own, I do enjoy and miss male company.
