About him
Hi, I'm friendly, reasonable-looking with a good sense of humour. I like going out, art, film, music, tv etc. I play music myself to a reasonable level (jazz), and am also interested in local history and the environment. I don't smoke, or drink much but I'm happy to got to the pub for a drink and meal, though I'm not that fond of eating out (I'd rather go for a walk). I have my own home and like to relax in the garden, reading, listening to music etc. I'm not a great traveller, but have been abroad several times (when it was easier, in the EU!) I'm fairly relaxed about life but get a bit angry about social/political stupidity, the environment, thoughtless people etc. I am firmly on the left of the political spectrum, but not extreme. I'm less optimistic about our future than I was a few years ago, so I'm up for some friendly reassurance!

I'm looking for a friendly, understanding and affectionate person who I will also find physically attractive, to share interests and outings and maybe more if we are suited. I prefer a person who has a fuller figure, ie not skinny (just my taste), and I am a bit overweight myself. I would try to be as considerate to them as I hope they will be to me. I'm not keen on smokers I'm afraid, so sorry in advance, and I would hope my partner would also be vegetarian. Anything else, we can chat about maybe.
