About her
I'm outgoing and friendly. I'm very open minded and have worked over the years in Middle East/Far East and most of Europe. I still work for Bristol University as an invigilator - a job which I enjoy as it keeps me in touch with foreign students and I feel empathy with anyone taking an exam ! Since I returned to Bristol in 1918 I have become very interested in cinema and am a devotee of Watershed and all it offers. I also love walking and swimming to keep as fit as possible. I live on the harbourside which is a wonderful place to walk - I love the history of this place and spend a lot of time helping out at the John Sebastian Lightship in Bathurst Basin. I love cooking and growing herbs and spices - have just planted a living wall on my balcony - now waiting for the bees so I can claim it is a pollinator. I still enjoy travelling both far and near. I find it embarrassing to be around people who still believe that 'Britain rules the waves and we are the superior race' Beyond that I have few prejudices. I've got three sons and four grand-kids - it is a joy to watch the younger generations. Over all I feel blessed and am optimistic - however I have lived alone for a long time and would certainly love to have a special person around - even from time to time !

He should be outgoing and friendly and not a man prejudiced against others who are different. He should have a sense of humour most definitely and not take himself too seriously. He should still see life as something to be grateful for and to enjoy. I don't mind a sport enthusiast as long as I'm not expected to suddenly become one.
