I’ve travelled lots over the years - I’d now love to see more of the UK. I’ll walk with you in sun or rain, I’ll cycle on the flat (or on an E-bike), have to be honest here!
My relationship with nutrition is healthy - but TBH, I adore real butter, marmalade, artisan sourdough, excellent chocolate-coated ginger biscuits and cannot pass by a Hotel Chocolat!
I keep fit with walking and a daily Tai Chi practice.
I get enormous pleasure from seeing people I love (or even just like a bit) thrive.
Friends call me a fixer. I like finding solutions and improving lives.
