About him
I have recently been on several cruise ships and met many people from around the world, but felt it’s time to make a more local relationship.
I love animals, having been a veterinary surgeon, take an interest in sport, both watching and playing, and can easily relax on a sofa watching tv and movies or go to the cinema or theatre.
I enjoy music of the 60’s and 70’s and, if not the actual singer or groups, often go the copy ones.
Billy Joel, ABBA, Neil Diamond, ELO and The Beatles, are particular favourites.
Also, having once performed at the Royal Albert Hall (with a ukulele) I would like to be a Prommer, enjoying the music, in front of the conductor, at the Last Night of the Proms.
I particularly like travelling and visiting new places in the world, often off the beaten track.
Recently, a couple of months ago, in between safaris, I washed elephants in Sri Lanka and stroked a lovely cheetah in South Africa.
