About him
So who am I? Hugh, I’m six foot with a sharp sense of humour. I have a passion for the natural world, the mountains the coast and the stunning sunsets I get here where I live directly on the South West Coast Path. I would like to view the northern lights and an active volcano. In complete contrast I enjoy ‘city breaks’. I read, I cook, using many fresh organic ingredients that I grow. I am creative with French oak & Cornish granite, I have been a life long cyclist be good to have someone to pedal with as I have had the last year off. I have skill full hands and like to give massage. I sing in a sea shanty band & I have published a novel. I am extremely practical, I am a fan of rugby & documentaries on the tv and very little else.
Not a fan of technology, facebook etc or modern politics. I do not lack in both experience and confidence as I ran my own company for two decades, anyone who knows me well would describe me as a ‘safe pair of hands’. Been on my own for over a year, not comfortable with that so I am attempting to do something about it. Am I normal? I guess. I laugh, I cry, I bleed, I care. I have a passion for life. J’adore perceptive and intelligent female company. I drink very little, never smoked a cigarette and have no ‘body art’ other than what nature gave me 😉
So let’s enjoy & celebrate who we are, be tolerant of each other and not attempt to change each other, With empathy, compassion, respect, understanding and regular hugs & cuddles just maybe there is an opportunity to build something that will endure.
