I am a freelance musician! I work as a rehearsal pianist for amateur dramatic societies and anything else that comes up.
I like a wide variety of music from classical to jazz, both to play and to listen to. I enjoy going to the theatre to see plays, musicals and dance shows of any type.
I love to watch dancing of any sort and have recently started ballroom/latin dancing and tap dancing.
I have a dog, a whippet, who I take walking every day in the countryside. I also love horses and have been actively involved in the past both myself and with my daughter.
I would describe myself as a natural person. I can dress up, but most of the time I dress for comfort. I do not dye my hair having decided to go grey gracefully!
I have a varied personality. I can be very serious but I also have a sense of humour which I think is dry. I can be quite excitable or focused depending on the circumstances. I have a caring nature and am a sensitive person....sometimes too sensitive I think. I am honest and reliable. I am open to trying new things and can very much appreciate another's passions. Music touches my soul and often brings out the emotional side in me.

I am hoping to meet someone who has similar interests to me. I would hope to meet a kind a compassionate person. I would like that person to be supportive to me and open. A sense of humour would be lovely but I am not keen on jokes. I prefer a dry sense of humour. It is important that you like animals. I would like you to care about your appearance but in a casual way.
