Retired 8 years ago after travelling the Midlands as a pharmaceutical rep. for 37 years.
Used to play squash and racketball but knees started to creak so now happy to go for a swim and play Petanque [boules] - which is a social but potentially viscious game! Have had 2 knee replacements so can run a mile -in my dreams ! However I do a few miles on the bike in the gym while playing Back Gammon on the computer.
I share my home with 1 rescue cat [not really into dogs] and enjoy cooking with wine - I sometimes even add a glass or two in my meal!
I am always here for my friends if they want a shoulder to cry on - and I have got broad shoulders !
Enjoy the music of the 60's and 70's but don't ask me to dance.................
Ask me out for a pub meal and we could enjoy ourselves?

Since I am 5'11" tall I would prefer to be able to look a man in the eye so 6foot plus would be good. Someone who enjoys sports - I am Welsh so enjoy watching Rugby and having played cricket at school I do appreciate the intrigue of the game.
I am a National Trust member and would like to visit more sites with a companion.
Enjoy my food, trying to eat healthily but would love to share a meal out with a partner in an Italian, Indian or Chinese restaurant
