Love cars and planes - used to work for supercar hire company after being made redundant from an architects' practice as HR Manager for 20 years, and previously 20 years for a German company, now retired, but do a lot animal charity fund raising from home.

As it says in my Profile, Typhoons and Red Arrows fanatic! The Reds practice over my house each day also passion for the Lancaster, as they are all based nearby. l love all types of music -. Love Talk Talk, Nina Simone (have met her) A-ha, Moody Blues, Mike Oldfield, Asia, Alan Parsons, Colin Blunstone, to name but a few... Love my piano which I bought many years ago when my father had a stroke and I could not leave him, I cared for him for four years so it was very relaxing to play for him and he enjoyed listening to it too...
Having dedicated most of my life to him it would be nice to have more me time.
JUST AS A MATTER OF INTEREST, MEN USUALLY LOOK FOR "ARM CANDY OR DOLLY BIRDS THAT ARE YOUNGER" so most will probably give me a miss.
However, if they were to think logically in their latter years, women usually live longer than men, so I would prefer to be with someone a little younger than I, and we would hopefully enjoy our latter days together. I am told I don't look my age... and certainly don't act it, which is kind of people, but I know age is just a number anyway.
Current interest researching 18th century cannon owned by friends in the USA when I am not gardening, taking photos or making hats.

My favourite wine is Crozes Hermitage, love Swiss Chocolate and the new M and S chocolate covered Bourbon creams. Not a big meat eater, love good bread and lambs lettuce with red wine dressing and strawberries - yes it is a great mix!
Since Covid don't go out much but would love to get dressed up again and live!
