About her
I am a former teacher and headmistress, actress and stage manager and have been a stress manager/therapist for the last 22 years. Although past pension age, I have no intention of retiring until physically and/or mentally I am unable to continue!! I lived in Nairobi, Kenya for 20 years from 1963 to 1983, which was a wonderful part of my life and have a fifty year old son who was born there and who currently lives in the Cayman Islands. I believe I have a good sense of humour and although I enjoy my own company, I also enjoy good conversation with interesting people, dining out and going to the theatre. Acting is still a big part of my life. I have a lot of friends dotted over the country and attend regular Kenya reunions in the UK.

Someone who is kind and thoughtful with a good sense of humour and who is fun to be with. He should enjoy my interests as well as being able to share his own. He should be a good listener as well as a good communicator and respect my beliefs and values as I would his. I am looking for someone to share certain things in my life but who is prepared to give me space when I need it, having been very independent for so long. He should not be possessive or controlling but who would treat me with respect as an equal. I would, of course, give him the same courtesy.
