Very happy, healthy and fit living with my collie/cross dog in West London. My life would be even better with a great mate, lover, friend and soul mate.
I work in personal development - training, hypnotherapy and coaching which I love; I walk my dog daily, do Pilates, Yoga and go to the gym. I love all sorts of music, literature, the theatre and ballet. Having a laugh, travel, finding out more about the world, people and culture. I was brought up in East Africa and France.
I love helping out with my kids and grand kids who live in Richmond and Reigate so plenty of variety, exercise and fun.
